A principle and an Athletic Director are looking at a possible 6 months in jail over a meal time prayer. In China... just kidding. Pakistan... sorry, that's not right either. Uh... oh, yeah... Venezuala. Shoot! That's wrong too!
In America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Read the excepts of this story:
Students, teachers and local pastors are protesting over a court case involving a northern Florida school principal and an athletic director who are facing criminal charges and up to six months in jail over their offer of a mealtime prayer.
"I have been defending religious freedom issues for 22 years, and I've never had to defend somebody who has been charged criminally for praying," said Mathew Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, the Orlando-based legal group that is defending the two school officials.
The district also agreed to forbid senior class President Mary Allen from speaking at the school's May 30 graduation ceremony on the chance that the young woman, a known Christian, might say something religious.

Is that what we've come to?
You can say any profane, vulgar, anti-authority, anti-Christian, anti-God, pagan, occultic, false, inflammatory and ridiculous thing you want in school (and other "public" places) but GOD IS OFF LIMITS. You might "offend" someone.
We can teach, study, preach, and present ANYTHING in schools unless its even remotely Christian related. We can indoctrinate with false religions, abominable lifestyles, scientific hoaxes and all manner of anti-freedom politics... but don't bow your head and say "God bless America" or you might go to jail for "violating the civil rights" of someone who doesn't even deserve them in the first place, given how they trample on the very God who grants those rights, and empowers a just government to ensure them.
Remember this? ..."endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights". Let me ask all you offended little petty God-hating people this: if God hasn't granted you those "rights" that have been "violated", who has? Obama? Government? What happens when they change their mind and take away some "right" you think you should have? Who you going to appeal to then? You want "freedom" to believe the way you want, but you are helping to remove this freedom FROM ALL when you rejoice and participate in removing from one.
Yeah, I'm a little fed up with all this.
I know we pray all the time that God would save America and "turn" her back from this disaster, but I'm not sure anymore that God's judgment is not the only thing that is called for at this point.
It's getting harder to see it any other way.
